Agreement between clients and Joelle Travel Services LLC

By accessing, browsing, using or making a booking through joelletravel.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of our website. In case of a violation, Joelle Travel Services LLC and its subsidiaries reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

Use of the website

As a condition of using this website, you confirm that:

• You possess the legal authority to create a binding obligation and enter into these Terms of Use.
• You will use this website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
• You will make only legitimate reservations for yourself or another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.
• You will inform those persons about the terms, rules and restrictions that apply to reservations made on their behalf.
• You will provide accurate information, including your name as shown on your passport or official ID, address, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for errors in the information you provide.
• All information you supply is true, accurate, current and complete.
• If you have an online account, you will protect your login details and accept responsibility for activity through your account.

Joelle Travel may deny access to this website and its services at any time, including for a violation of these Terms of Use.

Credit card payments

Your authorization to use a credit card indicates acceptance of the terms of Joelle Travel and the airline, tour operator, cruise line or other travel supplier whose services you purchase. By authorizing payment, you confirm that you will pay the total amount charged under your cardholder agreement and agree not to charge back payment for travel services received.

There may be a delay between an authorized transaction and its appearance as a posted transaction. When using a Visa debit or bank debit card, funds related to a cancellation may be held by your financial institution for up to 60 days. We recommend using a major credit card where possible to avoid such delays.

Flight reservations may be subject to a ticketing fee per person. Separate charges may appear for the airline ticket, processed by the airline or third-party supplier, and for Joelle Travel’s ticketing fee.

Documentation

Our usual practice is to send documents electronically. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee when documents are requested as hard copies.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. If no insurance charge or policy number appears on your invoice, you have elected to decline travel insurance.

Currency and price changes

Prices displayed on the Joelle Travel website are in UAE dirhams. Supplier rates quoted in US dollars or other currencies are converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the invoice date. Later payments may be processed at a different exchange rate by the supplier or card issuer. Joelle Travel is not responsible for currency fluctuations.

Website prices may change during the same session or between visits. All prices and availability remain subject to confirmation.

Special requests

Special requests such as flight meals or airline seating are not guaranteed. Joelle Travel cannot be held responsible when a supplier does not grant a request.

Liability

Joelle Travel acts as a travel agency arranging services with airlines and other suppliers. Those services are subject to each supplier’s conditions, tariffs, conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions.

Joelle Travel does not guarantee supplier rates, reservations, connections, schedules or the protection of personal belongings. We are not responsible for airline actions, overbooking, route changes, cancellations or delays. Information, prices and availability are subject to change.

Joelle Travel is not liable for acts or omissions outside our agency and employees, or for events beyond our control, including illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical or equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or terrorism.
